I worked with another immigration attorney before Jay, and I was really disappointed. It seemed that after I hired the attorney, it was impossible to ever speak with him. I always had to speak with a secretary or paralegal. Whenever I had questions, I would leave a message and the attorney would call back a day later or sometimes not at all.
